How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you are resident in the EU or the United States, then after order confirmation is sent to you via e-Mail, the order should take no more than 28 days to arrive at your location.
Are refunds available after I order?
Normally we do not allow refunds to take place after an order has been placed. However, we do treat each case as an individual and will examine the particulars of such before coming to a decision.
